Remote monitoring & electronic security
An alarm protects nothing if no one answers
We install your security systems, we write your instructions with you, and we have your alarms monitored permanently. Based in Heyrieux, we operate throughout France.

Our professions
Four services, one contact person
Three installation professions that we cover from survey to maintenance, plus permanent monitoring of your alarms.
Intrusion alarms
Perimeter and volumetric detection, control panels connectable to the remote monitoring centre, arming and disarming by time slots.
Video surveillance
Fixed and motorised cameras, local or remote recording, video verification, remote image viewing.
Access control
Badges, codes, biometrics, intercoms. Rights per person, per door and per schedule, with passage traceability.
Fire alarms
Reporting and handling of fire alarms at your existing site, according to the instructions defined with you.
Your instructions, up-to-date and under your control
In most contracts, instructions are signed once and then forgotten. Two years later, the station calls a manager who left long ago, with a password that nobody knows anymore.
- Accessible and printable at any time, for all your sites
- Editable online, validated by our teams before coming into effect
- Dated history of each version, useful in case of dispute

Alarm sequence
What happens when the alarm is triggered
Five steps defined in advance with you. Nothing is left to chance.
Detection
A detector is triggered. The control panel transmits the signal with the affected zone.
Reception
An operator takes the call and identifies your site and its instructions.
Doubt resolution
Callback to the site, and camera check if the system allows.
Contacting managers
In the order you have set, with password authentication.
Intervention
Dispatch of an operative according to the instructions chosen for this site.
Our commitment
Nothing in your system changes without our approval
When you request a change to the instructions, we check it before sending it to the station. Until then, the previous instructions remain in effect. You cannot find yourself with a degraded system without knowing it.
Our method
Our way of working
A site visit before a quote
A quote drawn up from plans almost always results in under-protecting a site, or selling you unnecessary equipment.
A single point of contact
From study to breakdown, including writing instructions, you deal with the same person.
Ongoing support
A system that no one maintains primarily produces false alarms, then ceases to be taken seriously.
Frequently asked questions
What we are asked most often
Do I need to replace my current system?
Not necessarily. We start with an assessment: if the equipment is sound and compatible, we bring it up to standard and connect it to the remote monitoring centre. Replacing a working system is of no benefit, either to you or to us.
What happens in the event of a false alarm?
The operator follows the instructions: a call-back to the site, then a call to the responsible persons with password authentication. If one of them confirms it is a normal manoeuvre, the procedure stops there. We then look for the cause — a setting, a poorly placed detector, a draught — because a system that constantly cries wolf ends up not being listened to.
Who decides to send someone on-site?
You do, in advance, in your instructions. You choose between sending an operative only when requested, in case of no response from the responsible persons, or systematically. An intervention by the police requires verification: this is precisely why the call-back and video are so important.
How long does it take to put remote monitoring into service?
This depends on the existing installation and the transmission tests to be carried out. We give you a firm timescale after the site visit, never before: an estimate given over the phone commits no one.
Can I change my instructions myself?
Yes, from your customer area, as many times as necessary. Each request is checked by our teams before being sent to the station, and your previous instructions remain in effect until validation.
Are you a private individual?
We also equip homes with intrusion alarms and video surveillance, with or without connection to a remote monitoring centre. The principle remains the same: a visit, a tailored recommendation, then ongoing support.
