Electronic security and remote monitoring
We operate across the entire chain: site audit, recommendations, installation, commissioning, training of your teams, then maintenance and remote monitoring. A single point of contact, from the initial visit to alarm handling.
Each installation is sized based on an on-site visit. The configuration of a logistics warehouse is not the same as that of a city centre shop, and a quote drawn up from plans or by telephone almost always leads to under-protecting a site or over-equipping it.
Intrusion alarms
Shops, warehouses, offices, workshops, technical rooms, public buildings. This is the foundation of site protection, and the basis for all connections to a remote monitoring centre.

- Wired and wireless control panels, transmitters to the remote monitoring centre
- Motion detectors, opening contacts, glass break detectors
- Indoor and outdoor sirens, deterrent devices
- Keypads, badges and codes for activation by user
For everyday use
Arming and disarming by time slots, separate codes for each person, isolation of zones during work or deliveries. So many settings that determine the daily comfort of your teams - and the number of false alarms.
Video surveillance
Sales areas, logistics sites, car parks, isolated sites, multi-site clients. Video serves two distinct functions that must be decided upon from the initial study: deterring and investigating after the event, or enabling real-time verification.

- Recorders, local or remote storage, recording redundancy
- Secure remote access from your computer or phone
- Video verification from the remote monitoring centre
A framework to respect. Filming public access areas or employees is regulated: information for those being filmed, limited retention periods, restricted access to images. We take this into account from the initial study, rather than leaving you to discover it after installation.
Access control
Restricted access sites, premises shared by several companies, sensitive areas, establishments with high traffic. Access control replaces the keyring that is never fully recovered when an employee leaves.

- Badge readers, code keypads, biometric readers
- Electric strikes, magnetic locks, automated barriers and gates
- Intercom and video-phone systems
- Per-person, per-door, and per-schedule rights management software
A badge can be removed in seconds, access can be restricted to a time slot, and the passage log allows you to reconstruct what happened. It is often the first piece of equipment that saves time on a daily basis.
The heart of the system
Remote monitoring
An alarm that sounds in an empty room protects nothing. Remote monitoring is what turns a signal into action: an operator answers, verifies, calls the right person, and dispatches an intervention if necessary.
Your alarms are reported to an APSAD P5 certified remote monitoring centre, the most demanding level in the industry, operating permanently.
Events handled
- Intrusion — callback on site, call to managers, intervention according to the agreed procedure
- Aggression — priority handling, without a deterrent callback
- Fire alarm — reporting and handling of alarms from your existing installation
- Technical events — transmission fault, power cut, low battery, self-protection, point ejection
- Arming and disarming — monitoring of opening and closing times, if you wish
Your instructions, online
Everything depends on the accuracy of your instructions: who to call, in what order, with what password, from which event to send an intervener. These inevitably change — a manager leaves, a schedule changes, a site is under construction. That's why we give you control, in a dedicated customer area, with all changes verified by our teams before being applied.
Maintenance and installation takeover
A security system is not equipment that you install and forget. Batteries age, detectors become misaligned, managers change, premises evolve. An installation that is not maintained will eventually produce mostly false alarms — and will no longer be taken seriously.
We also take over installations set up by others, after an assessment. If the equipment is sound, there is no reason to replace it: we bring it up to standard, connect it, and ensure its ongoing monitoring.
