The company

What happens after the alarm

Most security installations are correctly fitted. What makes the difference is what happens in the minutes following the alarm being triggered — and that depends entirely on the accuracy of the instructions and the quality of the monitoring. It is around this conviction that Securiwell is built.

Our way of working

A site visit before a quote

We do not draw up a proposal without having visited the site. A quote made from a plan or over the phone almost always results in under-protecting a site, or selling you equipment you do not need. Both will cost you later.

A single point of contact

From the study to troubleshooting, including connection to the remote monitoring centre and writing the instructions, you deal with the same person. You do not have to arbitrate between an installer and a remote monitoring agent who pass the responsibility back and forth.

Ongoing support

An installation evolves: new premises, a manager leaving, changing hours, an area under construction. A system that no one maintains primarily produces false alarms, then ceases to be taken seriously — including by the people supposed to respond to it.

Equipment we master

We work with a deliberately limited number of product ranges. This allows for a quick diagnosis over the phone, available parts, and troubleshooting that does not turn into a complete replacement of the installation.

Choosing the remote monitoring centre

We do not manage the monitoring of your alarms ourselves, and this is deliberate. A remote monitoring centre requires redundant premises, trained operators present at all times, and demanding certification: this cannot be improvised on a small scale.

Your alarms are therefore relayed to a certified APSAD P5 centre, the highest level of the profession. We remain your point of contact: we are the ones who write your instructions with you, transmit them, and are responsible for their application.

Why we created a customer area

In most remote monitoring contracts, the instructions are signed once, filed, then forgotten. Two years later, the station calls a manager who has left the company, with a password that no one remembers anymore. The system still exists on paper, but it no longer works.

We have therefore created a space where you can consult your instructions at any time, request modifications online, and where each version is archived and dated. We check each request before forwarding it to the station: your previous instructions remain in effect until then.
